During the weeks of data transformation and custom ML build, you’ll work closely with our data engineers and analysts to get your data ML ready. Once Cue is live and giving you on-demand insights, you’ll still have a data analyst as your customer support representative, able to dig deeper when you need it.

I already have a data team. Do I really need Cue?

You do! First, it's great that you already have a data team. Most organizations of your size do! Here's the thing: just because a company has a data team doesn't mean you do. What we offer is a data team that's customized for the needs of the decision makers of each function. We'll partner with internal data teams to augment them, but our analysis will be designed for you. In practice, most data teams welcome some of our support! It just means more resources to make data-backed decisions.

Do you need access to my data?

Yes. You can see Cue in action without connecting your data via our interactive demo. However, data integration is…well…integral to the solution. Once you give Cue access to your data, we will begin cleaning and transforming your data so it becomes the source of truth you can rely on, 24/7.

Every tier in our subscription includes end-to-end data science and analytics. This means that you get data integration, transformation, and custom models that power your unique Cue. All done by our teams so you don’t have to DIY the data science. We refresh data daily, which means Cue and all your systems operating on the new schemas are always accurate when you need them. Our subscription also includes onboarding and data analyst support (the human kind).
